Freeing N.H.’s Lobbying Files

In New Hampshire, lobbying disclosures are still filed on paper and without much oversight. I wanted to make this information more accessible, but I also wanted to better understand: Who’s lobbying most heavily these days? How has that changed over time? And what are the consequences of the state’s lax approach to making sure lobbyists are filling out required paperwork, let alone following other rules?
